Xolisa Kalipa, a 22-year-old culinary talent is on a mission to take South African cuisine to the world.
She is one of nearly 50 new recruits joining Qatar Airway’s catering company and its retail and hospitality subsidiaries, at Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar.
