What has raised many questions is the presence of the lawyer for the two suspects who were arrested in Eswatini.
Lawyer Sivesonkhe Ngwenya, who represents the Ndimande brothers, Siyabonga and Malusi Ndimande, arrested in Eswatini and resisting extradition to Mzansi, is part of today’s court proceedings in the Durban Magistrates Court.
It’s still unclear what his role is today.

He told Daily Sun: “Wait and hear what will happen during court proceedings about my role today.”
Five suspects who were arrested in Mzansi, Lindokuhle Mkhwanazi, Lindani Ndimande, Siyanda Myeza, Mziwethemba Gwabeni, and Lindokuhle Mkhwanazi are in the dock.
The state is expected to officially serve them with an indictment, after which the case is set to be transferred to the High Court.
