Her latest scheme? Blackmailing Mr Kgomo into marrying her by threatening to expose incriminating information about his ex-wife, Ivy.
The saga began when Melita, once Kgomo’s side chick, leveraged the divorce between him and Ivy.
Ivy tried, unsuccessfully, to dig up dirt on Melita. Eventually, Kgomo planned to marry Melita until revelations from her baby daddy, Fefo, and suspicious activities made him doubt her.

He even approached Ivy for any intel she had on Melita.Melita, always a step ahead, discovered Smaki’s phone hidden under Ivy’s desk.
Since Smaki is missing and the subject of a dire search by his family and police, Melita suspects Ivy of wrongdoing.
She’s holding this over Kgomo, threatening to expose Ivy unless he agrees to marry her.
Meanwhile, in Uzalo, family ties are under strain. Nkunzi wants his grandson, Babo, to take his surname, but Babo’s grandmother, Njinji, disapproves.
Tensions rise as her daughter, Nomaswazi, sides with Nkunzi, potentially leading to family conflict.
To add more drama, Pastor Gwala’s arrest looms due to his alleged involvement in Nomathemba’s murder, found near his church.
