Jojo Robinson has swapped fillers for a facelift.
REALITY TV star Jojo Robinson has a new face.
The Real Housewives of Durban (RHOD) cast member revealed that she has dissolved all the facial fillers she had and now undergone a face and neck lift.
Taking to Instagram, Jojo shared that she’s dissolved all her facial fillers in favour of a face and neck lift.
Known for her transparency regarding cosmetic procedures, Jojo isn’t new to enhancement.

In 2022, she opted for liposuction around her stomach. However, this time around, she decided it was time for a more lasting change.
“For Christmas this year, I dissolved all the fillers in my face and got a deep plane face and neck lift from the best, Dr Paul McGarr. He did both my tummy tuck and my arms, and I would never have trusted anyone else with this,” Jojo said.
She revealed that she wanted a permanent solution.
“Honestly, I’ve been doing filler for so many years that I just needed a more permanent solution. I’m well aware I didn’t need it. When it comes to plastic surgery, you don’t usually need it, but it’s something I really wanted to do,” she said.Â
Jojo has been using fillers for over seven years, but her latest decision to dissolve them wasn’t easy.
“I swelled up instantly. Again, I want it to be known. I realise I didn’t need it. There’s a stigma around facelifts like it’s only for older women, and that’s just not the case anymore. Everyone ages at different rates, and for me, being in the public eye, it’s harder. I want to look my best NOW, not in 10 years’ time,” she said.
Embracing a Hollywood-ready face without filters, Jojo is set to share her journey with her fans.
“No more editing or filters in the future. I have a long road ahead, but best believe I’ll take you along the recovery with me. I vlogged the whole experience. Videos coming soon,” she said.
