DOUBLE joy as matric results shine in Hammanskraal, Tshwane.
Twin sisters Olerato and Oratile Lebese are celebrating an incredible achievement after passing their 2024 matric exams at Hosea Kekana Secondary School in Ramotse, Hammanskraal.
The school made history with a 100% pass rate, and the twins are thrilled to be part of this success.

Olerato shared her excitement and said: “I’m so proud of this achievement. It was a challenging but rewarding journey. Passing matric in 2024 is not just a milestone, but a reflection of perseverance and the support we received from family, teachers, and friends.”
Olerato, who scored a distinction in geography, is eager to study engineering at the University of Johannesburg (UJ).
Her twin sister, Oratile expressed her joy, saying: “Passing my matric exam is a dream come true. I’m overwhelmed with emotions,”
She vividly recalls the long nights of studying and early mornings, adding that she’s grateful to her family for their support. She plans to pursue a law degree at Wits University.
The twins have always shared a close bond, often studying together, wearing matching outfits, and sporting similar hairstyles.
“We love junk food, and sometimes people struggle to tell us apart. We have similar eyes and body structure, and we’re both calm and collected,” they said.
