Dancer and singer Mixon ‘Tsekeleke’ Thole has become a TikTok sensation.
WHEN Tsekeleke first joined TikTok, many people laughed at him as he struggled to communicate in English.
But that didn’t discourage him.
He boldly went live on the platform, connecting with people from all over the world who didn’t speak his language.
Today, the 39-year-old dancer and TikTok sensation, whose real name is Mixon Tholo, is adored by fans globally.
TikTok users have even created an online dictionary to decode the unique terms he often uses.
Tsekeleke has made a name for himself, proving that language barriers are no match for passion and creativity.
Recently, he also won a Briefly News award in the category: Influencer of the Year.
Many fans said they are proud of Tsekeleke and where he is now.
They said he’s made TikTok feel like home and that they’re entertained daily.

Many said whenever they felt down-spirited or had a long day at work, Tsekeleke helped them feel relaxed through his hilarious videos.
Some of the terms people have added to his dictionary include China China, Brooke, Victor and many more.
Speaking to Daily Sun, Tsekeleke said he was just being himself.
“I just see TikTok as a job, and go there to talk to my followers,” he said.
A year ago, Tsekeleke was struggling, dancing in the street and making about R100 for his family, and now he has almost half-a-million followers online that help him make money whenever he goes live.
He said he’s thankful to everyone who supports him.
“I’m at a better place, thank you.”
He’s also currently mourning the loss of his mother-in-law, Gertrude Mohlala (51), who was recently killed.
Tsekeleke had always been vocal about loving her and would even pray for her on his TikTok lives.
