Kumawood young actress, Clara Benson popularly known as Maame Serwaa has set the record straight on rumours about her body enhancements, revealing that she has never undergone surgery.
Speaking in a recent interview with Emelia Brobbey on the Okukuseku Show, she admitted that although her body is completely natural, she once considered breast reduction surgery due to their large size.
According to Maame Serwaa, she initially struggled with her body image and felt that her breasts were too big, making her contemplate going under the knife. However, she ultimately decided against it and instead opted for consistent workouts, which have helped her stay in shape.
“There have been so many rumours about me, but the truth is, I have never done surgery. I only considered reducing my breasts at one point because they were too big. But with constant exercise, I have been able to maintain my body naturally,” she revealed.
Beyond body image struggles, Maame Serwaa also opened up about one of the darkest moments of her life—losing her mother. She shared that her mother’s passing deeply affected her to the point where she almost took her own life. The pain was worsened when some close to her falsely accused her of being responsible for her mother’s death.
