March Variety Star Brand Reputation Rankings Announced

The Korean Business Research Institute has published this month’s brand reputation rankings for variety stars!

The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of 50 popular entertainers, using big data collected from February 1 to March 1.

Yoo Jae Suk continued his reign at the top of the list this month with a brand reputation index of 5,038,054, marking a 19.58 percent rise in his score since February. High-ranking phrases in his keyword analysis included “You Quiz on the Block,” “Running Man,” and “DdeunDdeun,” while his highest-ranking related terms included “talk,” “consistent,” and “lonely.” Yoo Jae Suk’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 87.04 percent positive reactions.

Kim Joon Ho shot to second place after seeing a whopping 270.32 percent increase in his brand reputation index, bringing his total score for March to 3,673,172.

Kim Jong Min took third place for the month with a brand reputation index of 3,562,928, marking a 6.49 percent rise in his score since February.

Jun Hyun Moo came in at a close fourth with a brand reputation index of 3,504,295, marking a 34.31 percent increase in his score since last month.

Finally, Kim Jong Kook rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 3,265,027, marking an 8.89 percent rise in his score since February.
