JOHANNESBURG – The lawyer for accused number-one in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial has died.
Thulani Mngomezulu had not been present in court since 8 November, citing illness.
He was due to start his cross -examination of the lead investigating officer, Bongani Gininda.
Mngomezulu had earlier made an arrangement with the court for his cross-examination to be postponed.
