Debuting in the super lightweight division, George Kambosos (21-3) is out to make a statement and book himself a title shot when he faces Queensland’s Jake Wyllie (16-1) at Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena on Saturday.
The former lightweight world champion takes on a late-notice opponent, with Wyllie stepping in after Daud Yordan pulled out.
Can Wyllie spoil the party or will Kambosos move on to a fight with IBF champion Richardson Hitchins?
