JOHANNESBURG – The ANC has welcomed the full implementation of the Bela Act.
The party’s Secretary General, Fikile Mbalula says this is demonstration of the party’s commitment to ensuring equitable access to education.

On Friday, President Cyril Ramaphosa signed the proclamation to fully implement the Act.
