JOHANNESBURG – The relationship between the United States and Europe appears to be shaky right now.
President Donald Trump has said the biggest threat from Europe doesn’t come from Russia or China, but from the EU itself.
International relations expert Brooks Spector said that these tariffs on the aluminum and steel appears to be tactical.
