BMA on alert for unrest in Mozambique

JOHANNESBURG – The Border Management Authority says it remains on alert for further unrest in Mozambique.
Trucks and goods are currently moving freely through the Lebombo Border Post.

But a new wave of protests is expected as supporters of opposition leader Venancio Mondlane wait to hear from him.
BMA commissioner Mike Masiapato says they are prepared for another shutdown.
