KwaDukuza, KZN – One of the suspects involved in the alleged kidnapping of prominent KwaDukuza businessman, Zakariyya Desai was missing in court today.Â
Esmael Nangy, an alleged Mozambican kidnapping kingpin failed to appear in court earlier today as he and co-accused were expected to apply for bail.
Nangy and his co-accused were taken to custody at the correctional services in Westville, after their last court appearance.
Desai was taken after his prayers at a local mosque in September.
