MISSING Selloane Mdungwa’s family needs your help.

Selloane (38), from Thokoza in Ekurhuleni, was last seen on Monday, 18 November.

According to Selloane’s aunt, Winnifrey Qwete (68), who lives in one of the backrooms with her kids, on the morning of 18 November, she saw Selloane’s kids going to school in unironed uniforms.

“I was shocked to see this and asked them why their school clothes were not ironed. They said their mum wasn’t around,” she said.

The matter was reported to the police.

They checked hospitals and government mortuaries but couldn’t find her.

“This has affected us, especially her kids, who have been asking their mother’s whereabouts.

“We’ve been telling them she’s gone to work. However, one can see the pain they are going through.

“The family has been having sleepless nights since Selloane’s disappearance, and we’re hoping she’ll return home safely,” Winnifrey said.

Police spokeswoman Captain Neldah Sekgobela confirmed that a missing person’s docket has been opened at the Thokoza Police Station.

“The missing woman is still sought by the police,” Sekgobela said.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the Thokoza Police Station.
